In this integral refurbishment, two dwellings were unified to create a single, large unit. The interior partition walls were completely demolished and a new distribution was made with plasterboard partitions. Ceilings and walls were insulated and a new air conditioning system with ducted air conditioning was installed.

It was decided to leave the kitchen open to the living/dining room, with a new bathroom with lined niches and rooms with large built-in wardrobes, made to measure with interior lighting. In both the bathroom and the kitchen, some furniture was adapted to the external partitions, which were not straight, in order to make the most of all the available space.

Complete refurbishment of the ground floor. The kitchen was opened up to unify it with the dining room and create a single, spacious and well-lit space. We worked with light tones (white, grey, beige) in the kitchen furniture as well as in the worktop and the porcelain floor tiles, to provide a sense of calm and relaxation.

Lighting was added under the wall units and in the skirting boards so that the best lighting can be chosen at any time.

Inside the same space there is a small toilet that was renovated to integrate it with the same style. The door was replaced by a sliding door to gain a few centimetres, which was necessary in the interior.
