The integral reform of this house was a very beautiful and satisfying challenge, especially for the result obtained.

The first floor was designed with the idea of creating an open-plan space, with the exception of the toilet. The kitchen, dining room and living room were integrated into the rest of the space.

The same pattern of porcelain flooring was laid throughout the entire floor, thus reinforcing the feeling of spaciousness.

The open-plan kitchen with a peninsula is finished in white. It also has a columned area for the laundry room where the washing machine, tumble dryer and a cleaning organiser are hidden.

The toilet, combined in wood and black, is elegant and practical.

In the living room, the wall of the sofa is covered with a stone-like panel with LED backlighting.

The first floor also underwent a complete refurbishment. There are two bathrooms that were refurbished according to the needs of their users.

In the bathrooms, a porcelain tile floor in a wide tile format was installed. In the main bathroom, the combination with the tiles on the walls, the shower and the furniture has an elegant character. In the second bathroom, a more casual combination was chosen, based on tiles in aqua tones for the bathtub wall.
