Comprehensive reform of an isolated ground floor house in which we intervened in all the rooms, with special emphasis on the modification of the space in the kitchen and in the bedroom suite, which communicates with a new dressing room area that leads to the main bathroom.

The parquet flooring and doors, originally dark in colour and with a 1990s style, were replaced.

From the outset, the kitchen space was enlarged, moving the large window and, above all, respecting the owners’ initial idea of adding a round table for the whole family to eat at.

The large column area for storage, the refrigerator and freezer, both integrated into the furniture, and the roller shutter module, always a good ally for housing small electrical appliances, do not go unnoticed.

The worktop has a skirt in the island area. The result of the work provides a kitchen with character and sophistication, with black as the protagonist and the industrial style props.

In the dining room, a perimeter box with LED backlighting was installed, which in turn conceals the ducts for the air conditioning, which was also renovated.

The floor, for the whole house, was covered with porcelain material with a worn effect, reminiscent of cement.

The doors, which are the original ones, were enamelled in satin white, except in the kitchen and the en suite bathroom, where they were replaced with tinted glass doors to give light and airiness to the space.
